Straight up Sleep paralysis is demonic ., it is caused by sin and open doors in a persons life one of the east access is through masturbation, sex ( outside ) pornography, sexual immorality- be it lesbians, homosexuality , bisexuality.  Beastiality

It can also be caused by involvement in witchcraft , occult black magic 

There are vary other reasons but these are the most prevalent 

Don’t pray these prayer if you don’t want to repent or want to keep willfully sinning because you will only compound the problems there is grace of you sin but why sin willfully when you have grace not to . 

This grace is give through our Lord and savior Jesus Christ 

Instructions : every night before you go to bed anoint your whole body with pure olive oil. As you do say “ I cover my body with the blood of Jesus Christ “ 

Next seal the four corners of your room by marking the four points of your room with oil oil. 

Before bed time read and study a minimum of 7 chapters of the Bible to feed your soul with the word of God 

Read 7 chapters first thing in the morning as well 

To build an altar for God through your fellowship with the word of God 

Next pray and ask God to wake you up at the right time after midnight to pray 

Ask God also to send his Holy Spirit to alert you  to wake up and pray or rebuke the event before the attack comes.

Third ask God to put the name of Jesus Christ and blood of Jesus Christ in your soul so that your spirit will resist the attack 

Be mindful of things in your possession that are cursed

1. Heavenly Father God i confess and repent of any and all sins that has , permitted is permitting or will permit the demons of sleep paralysis , demonic oppression , nightmares to torment my life in the name of Jesus Christ

I bind up all the demons of lust ,fornication adultery, masturbation ,uncleanliness and all demons directly and indirectly linked with the constant attacks of sleep paralysis and nightmares in the name of Jesus Christ 

4.By the power in the blood of Jesus Christ I command the sword of God to sever and break every soul tie and all ties with the demons of sleep paralysis, nightmares and the such like in the mighty name of Jesus Christ 

5.The word of God says God gives his beloved Good sleep therefore from this forward I claim my Divine good , perfect sleep in the name of Jesus Christ 

6.Thou power of God lift me up out of the caldron of the devil , and demons of hell and darkness in the name of Jesus Christ

8. Dear God send you arresting angels to arrest chain up bind and lock up all demons of sleep paralysis and demons bringing me nightmares in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen 
9. Every coffin were my soul has been trapped every spiritual coffin were my soul has been trapped I command the power of God to come forth upon that coffin like a fierce f ferocious thunderbolt laced with the fire of God to shatter and break it to pieces in the mighty name of Jesus 
10. In the name of Jesus Christ I command every spiritual prison on where my soul has been caged , be broken and smashed to pieces in the name of Jesus Christ
11. But the power of God I step out of every bondage and captivity tying me down in the spirit in the name of Jesus Christ

13. Every evil river  or stream flowing and flooding my life with dream pollution and nightmares I command the fire of God to dry it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen 
14. Lord God almighty break every snare of the enemy off , over my life in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen
