Straight up Sleep paralysis is demonic ., it is caused by sin and open doors in a persons life one of the east access is through masturbation, sex ( outside ) pornography, sexual immorality- be it lesbians, homosexuality , bisexuality.  Beastiality

It can also be caused by involvement in witchcraft , occult black magic 

There are vary other reasons but these are the most prevalent 

Don’t pray these prayer if you don’t want to repent or want to keep willfully sinning because you will only compound the problems there is grace of you sin but why sin willfully when you have grace not to . 

This grace is give through our Lord and savior Jesus Christ 

Instructions : every night before you go to bed anoint your whole body with pure olive oil. As you do say “ I cover my body with the blood of Jesus Christ “ 

Next seal the four corners of your room by marking the four points of your room with oil oil. 

Before bed time read and study a minimum of 7 chapters of the Bible to feed your soul with the word of God 

Read 7 chapters first thing in the morning as well 

To build an altar for God through your fellowship with the word of God 

Next pray and ask God to wake you up at the right time after midnight to pray 

Ask God also to send his Holy Spirit to alert you  to wake up and pray or rebuke the event before the attack comes.

Third ask God to put the name of Jesus Christ and blood of Jesus Christ in your soul so that your spirit will resist the attack
